Sean is a certified strength & conditioning coach based out of Leslieville, with the skills, focus, and passion to help his clients achieve their goals.

He utilizes a variety of modalities and function-focused programming to cater to all levels of clientele and can modify programs to suit short-term objectives or long-term milestones.

Along with his time as a professional athlete in the Western Hockey League, Sean draws on his ten years of experience, coupled with his certifications in Agatsu Kettlebell technique and the Varbonov School of Weight to design personalized programs for each client.
